Land within Keith between Seafield Walk and Cuthill Park and extending to 0.76 (1.87 acres) or thereby in total. This area of land comprises two adjacent Titles BNF4687 and BNF5241 situated in a pleasant open area just to the north of Keith County Showground and to the south of Cuthill Park.

Planning

This land is being sold with no 'live' planning permission in place.

This area of land, within the Keith settlement boundary, is not designated in the Moray Local Development Plan 2020, located between areas ENV1 (Cuthill Park) and ENV 11 (Keith showground).

In previous MLDP (2015) site R5 Seafield Walk (0.78ha) had an indictive capacity for 11 houses.

In 2006 outline planning for a 12-plot housing development and upgrade existing access off Cameron Drive at Seafield Walk was approved by DPEA on 15 May 2006.

Historically we understand permission was granted in August 1997 for 11 house plots on the same site (96/01890/OUT)
