A client appointed us to sell Newmill, a charming rural equestrian property near Lumsden, Huntly.

The well-presented property was marketed in two lots. Lot one comprised of the spacious 4 bedroom farmhouse, traditional steading and outbuildings, dedicated tack room and stabling for over 10 horses, plus 6 acres of paddocks and flood-lit manège. Lot two included 16 acres of land, classified as predominantly as grade 3(2) by the James Hutton Institute.
