A client appointed us to sell Newmill, a charming rural equestrian property near Lumsden, Huntly.
The well-presented property was marketed in two lots. Lot one comprised of the spacious 4 bedroom farmhouse, traditional steading and outbuildings, dedicated tack room and stabling for over 10 horses, plus 6 acres of paddocks and flood-lit manège. Lot two included 16 acres of land, classified as predominantly as grade 3(2) by the James Hutton Institute.
Drawing on our smallholding and equestrian property experience, we handled negotiations with multiple parties on behalf of our client resulting in offers received for both lots exceeding sellers expectations.
