Aberdeen & Northern Estates Launches New Website

The past 18 months have shown the importance of a high-quality and user-friendly web platform for those buying & selling properties, as well as prospective customers.
We've taken the opportunity to take what we've learned during this unusual time and made some changes to our online presence. We have been working in collaboration with Fraser McTaggart of MCT Web Developers for a number of months to build a bespoke website from the ground up. From the outset, we were seeking a website which addressed our two key objectives; firstly, to create an attractive space to best showcase our clients' properties for sale and secondly, to provide a simple, straightforward and easy to use resource for those looking for information relating to the services that we offer. We will continue to use Zoopla, Rightmove and social media channels to increase our online presence, but now feel that the listings on our own website form the cornerstone of a property's marketing campaign.
We hope that you will agree that the new site fulfills the brief.
