We act on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in relation to negotiations over farms subject to agricultural holdings legislation.

Compulsory Purchase & Compensation

Our team is able to act on behalf of landowners or occupiers affected by schemes subject to compulsory purchase orders (such as the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route or the forthcoming dualling of the A96 road). These schemes are often drawn-out and complicated, and we are experienced in ensuring that you receive the representation and compensation that reflects the losses incurred. We are also experienced in acting on behalf of landowners and occupiers impacted by the works of utilities companies and other statutory undertakers such as Network Rail.

Mapping

Mapping is an integral and essential tool that we use in all aspects of our services. We can prepare a wide range of maps and plans from indicative location plans at a high-level scale to intricate title plans prepared with high accuracy on the Ordnance Survey Detail Layer.

Property inspections & records of condition

We are able to carry out inspections and records of condition for a range of requirements including lease commencement and prior to the start of infrastructure/utilities projects.
