The subjects comprise a useful block of IACS-registered agricultural land with good roadside access extending to 9.62 Hectares (23.77 acres) or thereby in total. According to the Macaulay Institute for Soil Research (now the James Hutton Institute) the land is largely classified as Grade 3(2).
The land is split in four field parcels as per summary table below and plan opposite and is currently all in grassland for livestock production. The land is gently south facing in nature and lies at an altitude of between 40 and 50 metres above sea level.
